DIY - Blind Fence out of a carton
Barod® expands their product program with DIY- enabling products
After the successful market introduction of the patented “Flexi-Fence”, the company EnvoProducts continues strengthening of its strategy, to design, develop and supply innovative, aesthetic and customer friendly WPC products.
EnvoProducts has identified further opportunities, besides the current product program of decking-boards, fences, benches, etc., in developing a specific product line for the DIY market, which contains WPC products in a carton box. With the “Flexi Fence” being the first and “Decking-in-a-Box” being second. Envoproducts proudly presents its third innovative “Product-in-a-carton-box” called Blind Fence.
100% modular Flexi Fence
The Barod® Flexi Fence is an innovative and progressive WPC product design and entails a revolutionary 100% modular system which ensures that every single element, within the fence itself, can be set in various positions, without involvement of tools. Every customer has with this revolutionary system the opportunity to design their own fence appearance on installment or even change that appearance at any chosen time thereafter, if so desired. All parts are wrapped and shipped in a sturdy carton box, which is efficient regarding product handling and at the same time avoids transportation- and storage damaging.
ClickIn ClickOut
Decking System
With due pride WPI BV introduces its latest product-design: “ClickIn ClickOut” Decking-system, consisting of high-end co-extrusion decking-board in combination with an inventive (and patent pending) ClickIn ClickOut system that offers a new decking solution by being able to replace any individual board by “ClickOut” and then “ClickIn” ! Another advantage offered is that after installment the deck shows no nail- or screw heads or clips in between the decking-boards and at the same time ensures ample room between the boards eliminating the expending- and shrinking-effects of WPC in width and length. The decking-boards are being produced with the current highest co-extrusion technology possible that results in an excellent stability, low maintenance combined with a, in this case, genuine wood look!
Innovative Cladding Mounting System
Our company has also been very active on the North American market to promote our green WPC products, under the brand-name Barod. Over time we were repeatedly confronted on how to exchange individual cladding-elements, without taking down all the cladding on the wall first. We took this “challenge” and after a few turbulent years of trial and error we succeeded to present our solution. We designed a profile that runs over the full length on the back side of the chosen cladding-element. This profile in conjunction with a newly developed fastening technology becomes attached to the wall. This innovative mounting solution, that can be used on a broad range of cladding patterns, makes it possible to exchange each cladding element individually after installment.
